A World of Our Own

Our Coffee Table Book has been cooking a long time now. And slowly too. After endless joyous meetings spread over a few years, the gang decided to travel to new destinations, to tickle our minds more and think of new theories about St Thomas’ arrival in South India and ourfamily’s inevitable connection to the great saint. Coonoor was the first destination chosen, where the wise owl has his den in the precincts of Defence Services Staff College.

So off we went from Chennai to meet the wise bird. And this time we inducted Anna and Sunny to join us from Bengaluru, in our confabulations, and to make the brew real thick. So five wise couples with many ideas under their belts descended on Wellington Gymkhana Club and were ensconced in five cute cottages facing the lush green Golf Club. The weather was divine and the atmosphere just right.
